How to keep your pet’s medical documents in one place
24 October 2026 · PetVitals product guide · English adaptation: 28 October 2026
Start with what you already have
Gather test-result files, photos of clinical reports and treatment instructions from messages. Separate one pet's documents from another's.
Add the documents to PetVitals
Open your pet's health record and the Documents section. Upload a PDF or photos. Several photographs of pages can be combined into one document.
Give each document a clear name
Enter the type of test and the date, if known. For example, “Complete blood count”. If you do not know when the test was performed, leave the date blank rather than guessing.
Use search and filters
Search the document list by name and date, or choose a category: blood test, urine test, ultrasound, X-ray, vet consultation or another document.
Keep the original
Download the original file from the document viewer. The free plan includes 2 documents across all your pets. PetVitals+ includes up to 100 documents, with a total storage allowance of 250 MB.
