24 October 2026 · PetVitals product guide · English adaptation: 28 October 2026
Check the health record
Review your pet's basic details, known allergies, chronic conditions and current medication. Record medicine schedules according to your vet's instructions.
Find the relevant documents
Open Documents and choose the test results, investigations and clinical reports relevant to the appointment. Search by name and date to find the right file.
Export your observations
In a diary, choose Export, then select a date range and PDF or Excel format. Include the entries you want to discuss.
Download and share the file
Save the file to your device and share it with your vet in the way you prefer. PetVitals can also send an export to your connected email address or Telegram.
Save the appointment results
After the visit, upload new treatment instructions and reports to your pet's documents. They will be together and ready for next time.
